Those agreements, and not these Terms, govern the provision and use of the platform services. Nothing on the Website creates any contractual relationship in respect of the platform services. Payment processing within the product is performed by certified third-party acquirers (including Network International); the Website itself processes no payments.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest content at abusive volume or in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or related systems, including through denial-of-service or injection attacks;
