This policy covers the servatechnologies.com website and the personal data we receive when you make an inquiry about the SERVA platform — for example a sales, demo or partnership request.
It does not cover the processing of guest or operator data inside venues that deploy SERVA devices. Where SERVA acts on behalf of a venue, that processing is governed by separate operator agreements and the privacy notices of the venue concerned.
3. Data We Collect Through the Website
We believe in collecting as little as possible. Our website is a static site: it contains no forms, runs no analytics, and sets no cookies of our own. We do not track you as you browse.
Personal data reaches us only when you choose to contact us through the email links on the site. In that case we receive:
- your name and email address;
- the content of your message, including any details you provide when requesting a demo or discussing a partnership;
- any further information you voluntarily include in your correspondence with us.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data above to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request;
- conduct sales and partnership follow-up related to the SERVA platform;

5. Hosting, Logs and Fonts
Our website is served by Vercel Inc. (United States). As part of delivering and securing the site, Vercel processes standard server logs — including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings and request timestamps — on our behalf for delivery, performance and security purposes.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google. When fonts are requested, Google may receive your IP address. We do not use Google Fonts to track or profile you.
6. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data only to:
- service providers (processors) who help us operate — principally our hosting provider and our email provider — and who are bound to use it only on our instructions;
- authorities or third parties where disclosure is required to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety and security of SERVA and others.

Because we use providers located outside the United Arab Emirates — notably in the United States — your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Note that any payment processing within the SERVA product is handled exclusively by certified third-party acquirers (Network International); our website processes no payments.
